Concert this weekend

My family is going to hear the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in concert this weekend. We heard them last year and it was awesome. Its time to start getting into the Christmas spirit. You can listen to "O Come All Ye Faithful / O Holy Night" by clicking on that thing up top.

On Saturday the Nov. 25th, we went to the snow. Noah and I went sledding. Noah ran into a bush and he got hurt. We drank lots of hot chocolate. It was very good. There was lots of good food. I had 4 pickles (and the pickle juice). We got a good Christmas tree. As you can see we had lots of fun.

Now stop laughing at my sister. You only wish your sister was this cute. She definitely has a keen fashion sense.

Mommy and Noah getting ready to go on a date. Don't they look so cute? Noah took her to see the movie Everyone's Hero. Then he took her to Logans for dinner. Mommy said he was very polite. He opened all the doors, told the waiter what she wanted for dinner and paid for the whole thing. He even bought her some roses. I can't wait till Daddy takes me on a date - finally.

On Saturday Uncle Zachray and Auntie Brenda came to Trukee with us. For dinner we had ribs, mashed potatoes, beans, corn, ceasar salad, bread and deep fried pickles. After dinner Uncle Zachray and Daddy made fried ice-cream and, while they were making it Uncle Zachray took a glove and put it on his whole head. Sunday we went four wheeling to the top of Mt. Watson.
Uncle Zachary and Noah found this cool raft to play on at Watson Lake. They had a hard time getting back to shore.
On the way home we had to tow Uncle Zachary's car because it was broke down. We stopped in Sacramento at my new favorite store, Fry's Electronics. Noah and I played Guitar Hero while daddy and Uncle Zachary looked around.
We had a great time.

Last wekend we went to Mt. Lassen. On Friday, when we got there we unpacked, and had dinner. My dad cooked chili over an open fire, we also roasted hotdogs over an open fire.

It was realy good. Then we roasted marshmallows, and had smores. After that we cleaned up and went to bed. It was 26 degrees that night, it was freezing! On Saturday we hiked 1 and a half miles down to a mudpot. It smelled like rotten eggs. And thats what we did at Mt. Lassen.

at Black Sands Beach in Shelter cove. We found a lot of shells. We even found a crab shell. We went with the Brinnemans ( some friends from church) We stayed in our tent trailer and is was fun. Noah and I had a lot of fun playing on the rocks. I got this really cool picture block. It is a cube that you can change around to see the different pictures. We went Eel river and jumped off a log into the water. Camping at the coast is awesome!!

This week at school was fine. On Monday we were supose to get an Aqautic Turtle
but it was to far to transport. Tuesday we had a tennis baseball game at P. E. our class
won! On Wednesday I stayed home because I was sick. I watched movies and ate popcicles
all day. And that was my week so far.

This is a picture of my brother and I on a rock looking out onto the ocean. There was a lot of waves. We had to climb down a steep hill and up a steep hill. The view was very pretty.

Saturday we went to the ocean in Crescent City. I went boogie boarding the water was very cold. Noah, Hope, and Andrew played in the sand and got all dirty. This was Hopey's first time at the ocean. The grownups sat on the beach and talked.

Going home

This picture was taken on 8/07/06. We were on our way home from camping and we stopped in Trinidad at the marine laboratory. We saw an octopus, sea cucumber, and starfish.

This picture was taken on 8/06/06. We had to hike 4 miles down a very steep trail. No make that 6 miles after dad took a wrong turn. Hope did a great job she hiked most of the way back up all by herself. It was Damnation Creek trail. It drops 1000' in less than 1.5 miles. The trail is located in the Del Norte Coast State Park.
